400 guest capacity or 700 capacity stand up bowl food
All bookings require a £15 per person deposit and are based on a minimum table of 8 people on dinner nights. A deposit is non-refundable and balance payments are due 60 days prior to the event date. If the event falls within 60 days a balance payment is due on booking. Cancellations must be made in writing. Where a cancellation falls within 60 days before the event date the balance will remain due in full, unless Planet Pursuits can resell the tickets.
A minimum administration charge will be non-refundable on all bookings. We cannot refund any ticket value within the cancellation dates, client are advised to insure the event in the event or curtailment or cancellation arising from flood, snow or other acts of severe weather conditions.
A booking whether by signature or email is accepted as being legally binding when a deposit invoice has been received.
Planet Pursuits reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the booking or event date when any night does not achieve 70% capacity on all published evenings. Planet Pursuits reserves the right to modify, change or remove any aspect of the entertainment, menu or theme, such changes will be highlighted on the swindonchirstmasparties website, which is the definitive source of information relating to your event package.
