All bookings require a £15 per person deposit and are based on a minimum table of 8 people for dinner packages.
A deposit is non-refundable and balance payments are due in full 90 days prior to the event start date.
If the event falls within 60 days a balance payment is due on booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Where a cancellation falls within 90 days before the event date the balance will remain due, unless Planet Pursuits can resell the tickets.
A booking whether by signature or email is accepted as being legally binding even before a deposit invoice has been received or paid.
Planet Pursuits reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the booking or event date when any night does not achieve 70% capacity on all published evenings.
Planet Pursuits reserves the right to modify, change or remove any aspect of the entertainment, menu or theme, such changes will be highlighted on the swindonchirstmasparties website, which is the definitive source of information relating to your event package.
Clients are requested to check the website at regular intervals for event details, amendments or updates.
Tables are based on a seating 10 per table, where numbers are not multiples of 10 we will allocate tables of a minimum of 8 and maximum of 12.
